• Must have Indian bank account & PAN.
• User acknowledges lending/borrowing risks.

Registration

Users must register with accurate information and complete KYC. Registration may be suspended or terminated for violations or fraud. No fee is charged for registration.

Use of Website

Users are responsible for account security and activities. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

Terms & Conditions for Lending

Lenders select borrowers, funds are transferred via escrow accounts, and loans are governed by agreements.

Terms & Conditions for Borrowing

Borrowers authorize credit checks, may require guarantors, and disbursement follows platform rounding rules.

Payment Settlement

All repayments flow through escrow accounts and follow rounding and settlement rules.

Loan Administration

EMI defaults, prepayments, settlements, and changes follow platform policy and lender terms.

Closing your Mini Pocket Account

Account closure requires loan settlement. Obligations survive termination.

Privacy and Data Protection

Notifications may be sent via email/SMS. Users may opt-out of promotional updates.

Use of Content

Users must not upload illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent content.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, logos, software and tools are proprietary to Mini Pocket and protected by law.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify Mini Pocket from losses arising from misuse, violations, fraud, or unlawful activities.
